Q1. Can I cancel my order?

Your order will arrive in 5-7 working days - You’ll receive confirmation of your delivery date once your order has been confirmed. A delivery time slot will be communicated to you the day prior to your delivery arriving.

Q3. What delivery options do you offer?

We offer an Eco delivery service that will get your order to you within 5 - 7 working days. It's a kerbside delivery (standard for flooring) delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your property. See full details on our Delivery page.

Q4. How do I clean and maintain my floor?

Sweep or vacuum regularly and use a lightly damp mop when needed. Avoid soaking or harsh chemicals — gentle cleaning keeps your floor looking its best.

Q7. Should I book an installer before delivery?

We recommend waiting until your flooring arrives and you’ve checked it before confirming installation dates, just in case of unexpected delays.

Q8. If a product is not available, when will it be back?

Our popular ranges are restocked regularly. If something’s unavailable, we can notify you as soon as it’s back — or suggest similar alternatives right away.

Q9. Is laminate flooring waterproof?

Laminate flooring is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. For bathrooms or wet areas, we recommend our range of vinyl flooring, which is 100% waterproof.

Q10. Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll get a text message and email with courier tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Q11. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, sign for it as “damaged” and let us know within 48 hours - Send clear photos or videos — we’ll replace or refund quickly, and you won’t need to return the damaged packs.

Q12. How do I measure my space?

Use our Measuring Guide by clicking here (or on the area calculator on each product page) to calculate what you need. We recommend adding around 10% extra for cuts and waste (12–15% for herringbone or chevron).

Q13. What is your returns policy?

Every floor we sell includes a manufacturer’s warranty for peace of mind. The coverage length varies by product — you’ll find full details on each product page.

Q15. When can I walk on the floor after installation?

Most laminate and vinyl floors can be walked on immediately after fitting. Some engineered wood floors may need a short settling time — your installer can advise.
