Returns You Can Count On
At Flooring Revolution, we want you to love your floor — but if it’s not right, we’ll make returns simple and respectful.
How Returns Work

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

You’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of the return yourself. Once we’ve received and checked everything, we’ll take care of the rest.

Your order is in your care until it reaches our warehouse, so please make sure everything arrives in good condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and with seals intact so they can be resold.

Please ensure extra packaging is used to protect the manufacturer’s boxes from dirt or damage along the way.
Collection Charges

For smaller orders (accessories or up to 4 packs): £29.95 + 10% of value

For larger orders (5+ packs): £49.95 + 10% of value

Made-to-measure items (like custom cuts): £49.95 + 50% made-to-measure fee
What We Expect from Your Return

Items should be unused, in original packaging, and kept safe for transit

All parts, documents, and accessories must be included

If the return arrives in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described — no worries.

We’ll handle the collection, you won’t pay the fee

We’ll repair, replace, or refund — whichever is best in your situation

All legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply
