Delivery You Can Rely On

Flooring is a large, heavy and specialist item, so we ensure that our deliveries are carried out by a dedicated team of flooring delivery specialists and vehicles to ensure your new flooring arrives in perfect condition.

Expected Delivery Times
We aim to get your order to you in 5 - 7  working days (UK mainland). 

If an item isn't available,  we’ll let you know as soon as possible and keep you updated - or call our sales team on 03308 088 855, where we can offer you an alternative floor right away!

Where We Deliver
Deliveries are made to the kerbside by default. That means the pallet or boxes will be dropped off at the most accessible location outside your property. Our drivers don’t carry items inside your home (stairs, doorways, etc.).

What You Can Expect

  • You'll get a text in the morning with a 2 hour delivery window 
  • If you're not in you can reschedule your delivery 
  • With selected products, we can leave your parcel with a neighbour if you want us to

If no one is available at the address, the driver will leave a card indicating how to rearrange or pick up.

Please inspect deliveries while the driver is there. Any obvious external damage should be noted on the delivery paperwork.

Special Access & Extra Services
If your address has restricted access (narrow street, steps, no driveway) or you want inside delivery, let us know early — we’ll quote extra for that service.
If access proves impossible on the day, a “failed delivery” fee may apply.

Delays & Communication
We do everything we can to stick to our schedules, but sometimes logistics or supplier delays happen. If your delivery is late, we’ll get in touch and give you options.
If an order can’t be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, you’ll be eligible for a full refund (including any delivery charges).
